I think Mace needs to be dead - he’s a major reason why the Republic fell and the Empire rose. He was nicer to the younger Anakin, but by the time Anakin was a Knight, Mace was an absolute dick to him.

Yes, Obi-Wan never telling Anakin he knew about Padme and his feelings for Satine, Ahsoka leaving the Order, and Yoda outright dismissing Anakin when he came to him for help are all contributing factors, but those all played into Anakin’s fear. Mace outright made Anakin angry and if he had done even one thing differently, like not leading the charge to expel Ahsoka from the Order, by talking to Anakin like someone unworthy of his time when he was appointed to the Council, and by not bringing Anakin with him to confront Palpatine so Anakin could see the treachery himself, he actively pushed Anakin to the dark side.

Yoda had to live with his failures and suffer over letting the Order fall. Mace deserved his death for his role in what happened, and it speaks volumes to Palpatine’s strength that even with Anakin interfering/assisting, he was still able to defeat the best the Jedi had to offer.

Will be great to have Plo Koon and Kit Fisto in the collection. I really hope we get Aayla Secura. Would be nice to get Shaak ti, Luminara Unduli and Barriss Offee as well.

I always think it's funny when we get a new product announcement and always get the "I hope we get_____ next" Literally on the announcement of Kit Fisto people were saying " I hope we get Plo Koon". There's always something else! Hot Toys is a business after all and needs to generate revenue.

I think at this point anything is possible... We got Revan and Dark empire Luke. We even got Captain Vaughn which we didn't get with Sideshow.

This looks great and is DO PO for me.

Hope to see Shaak Ti. Too cool of a character design even if she doesn't get much focus in the movies.

I could see Tiin and Koth to round out the arresting Palpatine squad. Tiin at least is pretty interesting visually. Koth not as much but at that point some will just want to complete the team.

Secura always sells well and Hasbro just released her a few years back so she’s not off limits like Hutt Slayer Leia (although that seems to be back on the table now).

Not sure how many beyond those would do but I think any council member would be fun. Plenty from CW that had decent moments/arcs as well.

That’s the same thought I had. But it’s actually not Koth, it’s Agen Kolar that accompanies them to arrest the Senate. We’d still need Chancellor Palpatine though.

I just hope they don’t forget about Aayla, Shaak Ti and Ki-Adi Mundi. I really hope they go all out!

Ah, is it? I always get the two of them mixed up. They had to just have a weird casting issue and created another Zabrak Jedi instead of just going with a different actor… for a background Jedi most audiences barley even notice exists
