That seems to be exactly what's going on. It just seems to be wedged in so tightly that I can't get it out- it just keeps shredding instead of coming out. It also looks like the flange of the new peg is wider than the cylinder, so this is going to get fun. Looks like Mighty Thor is spending some time in the workshop tonight.

I glanced at a spare WW body I have and that cylinder should be slotted along its length, so if you pull back the rubber you should be able to get a small screwdriver head in there to either pry it open slightly and/or work the peg out. Good luck!

Do you think it's possilble to remove the armor and use this body with a set like this ?

Or do you think she will look weird with her bulky arms ?

The problem is that it's not possible to use another body because of the very specific neck peg.

Looking at the figure, I don't know the stock body would work. It seems the armor and torso are molded to fit, so I doubt the body has anything close to the form you want. Looking at the head piece, it looks like you should be able to remove the neck pegs and use with other bodies. The black square thing that the head fastens onto sits on a regular neck peg. You'll just need the black adapter and the head, and it should fit on another body. Basically the head is specialized, but the peg is standard. I put it on Black Widow's body and it worked fine, but the head looked a bit oversized on that body.

Oh ok that's good to know, thank you.

So it's not like the Padme figure ? Because it seems not possible to remove the neck peg on Padme.

Do you have a photo of the black adapter please ? The part that fits on a regular peg.

OK nevermind, I saw how it is.

But nobody is selling the adapter, they are selling it with the body...which makes sense but...

What does the adapter do ? Is it juste a square peg with no functionality ? Is it juste there to give access to the pers system of the eyes ?
I'm wondering if I can make a square peg with some clay and a regular neck peg like this...

I'll take some more detailed pics on Monday. The head has a lot of space to access the eyes. In the middle of the top there is a little slit. The black square piece sits on a regular neck peg. The black square piece also has a little tab at the top. When you fit the head over the black square, the tab snaps into the slit, holding the head in place.

Is this what Jane head uses?

And are all new neck adapters/plugs being used the sculpts going forward gonna look like these with pers?

So, I finally got the time to open this up. First up, that terrible giant sticker about batteries on the box is terrible! I think it’s the same label as the one on the Avengers Campus Mark LXXX box. So annoying to peel it off. It says “Sideshow Exclusive” on the box and I had completely forgot what the exclusive item was until I looked it up. That’s what happens when the figure is released so long after the movie. Inside, how the hell is the cape stored? This idea of pushing the cape through a slit into a bag on the underside of tray holding the figure was incredibly dumb. I had that same thing with my AOU Thor circa 2017. Now 7 years later, it’s the exact same concept. So dumb!
The outfit was very nice and I like the sculpt very much. I only wish they have rooted hair instead of molded hair. You can’t really move her head too much and that’s where the rolling eyes truly shines, but those eyes take a lot of patience to adjust. The arms are amazing! They looked incredible, I love them, much sturdier than the exposed arms and elbows on the HT AK Harley I got before (sorry, that’s the only other expose arm/elbow female fig I have). The fractured mjolnir effects part looks very fragile and quite difficult to pose. It will stay in the box a little while longer. Overall a very good figure, but no idea why it took so long to get released. I will have to spend more time to pose it some more. I PO this in August 2022 and finally got it 2 YEARS later!!! The interest and passion is mostly gone at this stage. And I don’t want to rewatch “Love and Thunder” as it wasn’t that great.

couldn't get myself to shell out that much money for the whole figure ...the movie sucked as well...but damn, that un-helmeted head sculpt is something else. Just arrived at my doorstep. It's not the same as the Padme one, so i got it to kitbash something in the future. First body that was laying around was this old Catwoman. Just gave it a shot and i think it doesn't look terrible... PadWoman :-D

Hmmm… I can’t recall movies where Natalie Portman had hair this long, voluminous and blonde (like Mighty Thor) to kitbash into another Portman character. 🤔

Your Highness was the first thing to come to my mind but when I googled, she’s brunette.

Padme has some long hair Star Wars styles but curly and once again brunette - same with V for Vendetta.

I think Natalie was blonde in one of those Terence Malick artsy movies.

oh, i'm planning to get the hair piece removed and let a customizer reroot the hair. ^_^

Luckily I know a wonderful customizer based in China, getting mine done along with a few other heads. Look forward to receiving it in hand in a few weeks. He took a photo of the finished product.

The sculpted hair is ok but her head is barely move which is not ideal.
