I'm glad I kept my preorder for this one. Still can't decide on Luke, though. Kind of want to wait and see what they do for him for VIII.

I just jumped On WL for her and I think this 1 has a better chance to convert than Finn Stormtrooper. I don't know, i just got that feeling. Hope to be wrong.

I wish BBTS would do Paypal..I asked them about it before, they said they don't want too. What vendor doesn't do PayPal

Even Japanese vendors do Paypal. That's why they never get my preorders

I went with a really good friend of mine, huge Star Wars fan who couldn't wait for Rogue One and I took him to the SS booth to see the Erso and Rey PFs. I just found out last night that he passed away late Thursday night/Friday morning, so suddenly the idea of NYCC next year is really hard to imagine.

Sorry to bring the thread down, just a really rough day. Cherish your moments with your loved ones, Freaks.

Man, I'm so sorry. That has to be devastating. It's never a consolation really, but at least the two of you had a good day enjoying things you shared a love of.

If you CAN bring yourself to go in a year (or maybe a couple) it would be fun to meet you and others on SSF.

I wouldn't worry, I'm pretty sure there will be more WL conversions or at least a second run of SW particularly for this Rey or any other Rey for that matter in the future.

I would say the Batfleck and Deadpool conversions are the ones collectors have to worry about

No word on this in quite awhile. We should be getting this soon right?

Maybe it comes out in Hong Kong in the next couple weeks so this hopefully ships in the U.S. early Dec.

Really torn on this one. I feel like. similar to Scarlett witch, there's another one right around the corner. Plus can't get her without Luke, who undoubtedly will have a new version with more than just hood flipping action. I don't think HT can resist reissuing these with Act 1 EPVIII specific gear. I think I've convinced myself to wait, focus on RO, and hope they get Poe out some damn time. He must be caught in the same vortex as stormtrooper Han!

Same here. I already have Rey/BB-8 and probably wouldn't have been able to resist if the head sculpt on this one had been different. It's kind of frustrating, the effort they are putting into these SW figures. You mean Hot Toys can make three different head sculpts for three different versions of Leto's completely unnecessary Joker that barely had any screen time, but they just plop the same Rey head onto this figure from one of the most important scenes in the film? I mean, c'mon now.

HT has rushed all of its Star Wars figures.

Howard kept all the great prototypes.

Same here. I already have Rey/BB-8 and probably wouldn't have been able to resist if the head sculpt on this one had been different. It's kind of frustrating, the effort they are putting into these SW figures. You mean Hot Toys can make three different head sculpts for three different versions of Leto's completely unnecessary Joker that barely had any screen time, but they just plop the same Rey head onto this figure from one of the most important scenes in the film? I mean, c'mon now.

The SS Joker figures went on PO I think during the latter part of summer and won't be released until summer next year. A full year of production, so it sounds like they're in no hurry to get the SS figures out soon.

ROV Rey went on PO roughly around the same time I think, but is supposed to release at the end of this year. As Wor-Gar mentioned, HT is attempting to push it out as quickly as possible. From their perspective, no time to fabricate an entirely new sculpt.

Makes sense that they rush production on this. There will be a better version announced late next year. Same with Luke. I really want them both but tempted to be patient. Had they been cheaper I would have just got them anyway but UK prices are getting ridiculous.

I got an email yesterday that this was pushed back to Dec/Jan instead of Nov/Dec. Looks like the second delay now, but I'm looking forward to this one.
