Looks great, thanks for sharing photos. Did they shorten the pants or are they just really adjustable? I like being able to see the yellow kneepads like you have them instead of completely obscured like the prototype images.

As much as I’m happy to see the Re-armored Boba getting release. Looking at photo from the shows of Boba. The figure armor and helmet just look too rough.

A fair critique, but then if you want the smooth armor look there is the other other other Boba Fett figure

This is awesome to finally see in hand. This was one of my fav looks of Boba from the Mando Series. Now the big decision.... to throne, or not to throne?

Thanks! That's good to know. I'd have sworn from memory that they were permanently attached, or at least the railing was. Wonder how well it works with Boba's throne.

And yeah, put me in the camp of being a smidge disappointed the armor is just repainted from the previous version. For accuracy, it really needed to be a new sculpt with an in-between surface finish. Better this than completely smooth, though.

Bear in mind, photos are going to enhance that bumpy finish (NOT complaining) - from a good display distance, it should look great.
I'm liking the evolution.

no it not that I want smooth armor I’m just curious why sideshow just seem to paint it over the Typhon Armor instead of the smoothing it out a little like buffing out a rust on a car or paint chipping

I'm sure it's just cost. Tooling up another set of unique armor plates costs Hot Toys a lot more than reusing existing molds, and I'd imagine only a tiny fraction of customers will notice or care.

I finally got the charge next week email from SS. I paid him off using a gift card and all I have left now is to pay $40 (assuming SS doesn't charge more which they will) so I'm excited to see it in hand. But most likely I'll only really want BOBF version.

Its all good, but hope they know when my boy is lounging around on the pedestal, his first question is going to be Where is Fennec?

Looks badass, and here I almost canceled my throne set before it charged yesterday. Glad it didn’t. Now I’ll have to buy the BOBF so I have his evolution from ESB onward (plus Arena suit)

I planned to have this next to S2 Mando and Luke Skywalker, and the BOBF version with Fennic, and Cad Bane.

Which makes not having a Hot Toys Prototype Fett hurt that much more. Especially since the Sideshow one really shows their age next to these Hot Toys ones.
