I've been thinking about that and I don't see them putting in a HS for this one. I would imagine they'll make a regular Galen Merrick if this does well, but it's strange in a way because most people would probably prefer the latter to the Sith version. I still think it'll do well, but it would be a real shame if it didn't and they decided, "well, one Starkiller is enough". What I DO know is that the hands are going to be a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Trying to get the hilts into the hands without breaking off the freaking Freddy Krueger knives. I wonder if they've made them like Velcro or magnetic....or if they're just stuck on there and everybody breaks them off while posingNot holding my breath but a Sam Witwer HS would be the icing on the cake for that Darkside Starkiller... unless they save it for next year's Lightside event
Oh shoot, I hadn't even thought of that! I'd actually prefer the light side version of Galen to the Starkiller version. I'm just happy to see The Force Unleashed and KotOR finally getting some recognition in the figures department. lolNot holding my breath but a Sam Witwer HS would be the icing on the cake for that Darkside Starkiller... unless they save it for next year's Lightside event

They don't. I actually just did a replay last week I never played it on PlayStation, only on Xbox, and the ultimate sith edition is on PS plus so I decided I wanted to platinum it.Not seeing them offering a HS either. Not even sure he appears without the helmet in the game.
I get that for sure, but since there was no time in the game that we see him without his helmet, the best they could really do would be to give us Galen Merrick HS with Sith eyes or something. And that would be weird still since he's wearing the helmet for medical reasons like Vader at this point. So I don't see any possibility where they include a HS for this version. However, I still it would be extremely stupid to do this version and NOT do Galen Merrick so I'm holding out hope for that (that is if I can ignore all the other day extremely stupid things Hot Toys has done ) That's totally a Hot Toys move to do something like give us the sith version and NOT Galen Merrick that we see for two gamesAlso looking forward to this one but no head sculpt will be a let down.
Man I would LOVE a Maris Brood. But I would also love a whole TFU line Shaak Ti would be amazing as wellI'm guessing this will be helmeted as well. I don't see HT doing any more work than is necessary and I don't recall if they ever showed an unhelmeted sith eyed version of the character. Maybe there will be a Galen/light side version down the road, but I wouldn't hold my breath. A few years ago I thought about commissioning a light side/dark side Maris Brood as she had a pretty cool design. It's too bad Star Wars, Marvel and DC don't award licenses for B-tier/C-tier characters. I'm sure there are a number of producers who would jump at the opportunity rather than having to worry about ducking C&Ds. View attachment 696045
I disagree. If there's no HS it's more than likely because there's no time we see Sith Starkiller without his helmet. While I am 100% in favor of one, they'd definitely have to take liberties in it's design. Sith eyes, damage to his skin, ect. I truly hope we get a Galen Merrick figure as well. Light Side Starkiller with a great Sam Witwer head sculpts? Uh, yes please! If there's no Galen sculpt then it's 100% on HT being lazy. Sam Witwer is a huge fan and nerd and there's no way he'd block it.
You do see it in his armless outfit, even if it's just a manifestation.I disagree. If there's no HS it's more than likely because there's no time we see Sith Starkiller without his helmet. This is like the one and ONLY time I would say it's not because of Hot Toys laziness
True, I suppose they technically COULD go for that if they really wanted. But I still think there's absolutely no way they would since it doesn't go with the Starkiller they're doing. Believe me, I am not opposed to it. I would love it.
