Hot Toys is not a "doll" brand but a 1/6 figure brand.
Hot Toys females are still womens and they need to have clothes to be dressed like a real woman.

I think the earrings are sold separately.

That is a really pretty dress, but those earrings look way out of scale.

I actually have a number of historical Barbie patterns I intend to alter some day and put on my HT dolls and I would definitely consider buying some cool modern outfits like this one.
