Who else would be interested in these ?
I'm hoping that Enterbay's new 'Black Label' line will be the start of something big (similar to how their 1/4 Terminator seems to have kicked off something....)
Some advantages:
- Shipping weight waaaay down from SS Polystone 1/4 statues
- Box size way down from standard 1/6 figures due to not needing tons of accesories. Way easier to store the boxes for your collection
- Cost could go down. No articulated figures, no tons of accessories
- Ability to buy and display more than the larger more expensive 1/4 statues
- No joints, fully sculpted bodies
- More specific poses available
* Not just shirtless figures but eg. 1/6 Spiderman stuck to a wall...or hanging upside down from a web
* The lighter figure weight compared to the SS 1/4 Polystone would also allow for more complicated dios and poses I think as well...
- No PERS ruining sculpts....eyes and sculpt in general would be designed for specific look. Longer hair could be sculpted in more interesting ways as well.
Anyway, I'm happy to see more options entering the market, instead of a general rule of thumb being '1/6 = figure, 1/4 = statue'
Thoughts?
