Are there any good poseable well made 1/6 skeletons? You would think it would be a popular build for customs and such (skeleton knights for example). Would be quite interesting especially if it had a normal head peg so you could fit on custom head sculpts.

IMO, if you're planning on a skeleton crew with uniforms or clothes use any 1:6 body and mod the skulls yourself. :]

i used bbi g3, dragon's neo and DID bodies with skulls from red horse. used toybiz nazgul's gears for my 4 horsemen, fits dragon and DID bodies well. :lol

I have a few of the go hero skeletons and there about the best you can get in 1:6 that I know of, not to say there great thought, the articulation has many points but most are fairly useless, theres also a model kit skeleton that has more realistic porporsions but does not pose well. I think theres also a new skull head coming out that has a neck adapter that can be used with regular bodys and has eye balls to, not sure the manufactor but cotsworld has them up for pre-order.

I was very happy with the GoHero skeletons, picked up a 3pack and a GID one. I prefer the overally look of the regular ones, but you can get the GID version on the cheap from Zoloworld.

The Go Hero Skeleton is the best articulated, but very stylized.
The skeleton that comes with the Bones Book seen here:
[ame="https://www.amazon.com/The-Bones-Book-And-Skeleton/dp/0761142185/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1350069445&sr=8-1&keywords=bones+book+skeleton"]https://www.amazon.com/The-Bones-Book-And-Skeleton/dp/0761142185/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1350069445&sr=8-1&keywords=bones+book+skeleton[/ame]

is not well articulated (only cut joints), but it's the most accurate looking one out there (but not enough imo) in 1:6 scale that's easy to find and affordable; it's accurate looking enough for Hot Toys to have stolen the cast of the spine and head (with some slight modifications like getting rid of the attachment holes for the ribs) for their Predator trophies.

Then there's this guy over in Russia that made a custom one that he might be selling in the future, though it's priced at $70 + shipping:
