I can understand why people complain when someone shows (off) his custom figure on an official thread.
But when a company has presented a figure that has missed quite a few spots,
maybe then can take advise and see how a custom one has hit the mark.
IMO this custom is looking a lot better than star ace's one.
If a company has a license they have approval to reach perfection in every aspect (face, clothes, accessories)
in order to present the best possible figure and star ace simply didn' t do it.
Maybe it would be better if star ace wasn't so hasty to present their prototype,
because a lot of us want perfection and we are just not seeing it.

Perfection doesn't happen...there's no such thing.

Is $250.00 USD (approximate/tentative) affordable?

I guess for what some of us pays HOT TOYS for hit and miss and SSC for not HT design/quality, but HT pricing then $250.00 is affordable for some.

Should be, most of Star Ace's prices have been around $200. There were some rumours this would be a deluxe release with some sort of special stand that would bump up the price to around $250.

that way... mr bean from zcwo amazes me.... it comes with two bodies a chair, two outfits, 3 really awesome sculpts, loads of very very good accessories etc... i hope this is in the 220-225 range...
i think 250 is the upper end! (probably)

This has been my point with SA figures - I'm a big fan of their work, but the prices are going up and the amount of accessories and quality isn't. Either the price has to drop or the quality has to rise. Personally, I think the quality is far more important, so hopefully they'll sort it out. Their first HP figures were great and reasonable prices (apart from us poor UK collectors) until they got to Mad-Eye.

I doubt they will make all this! At best 2-3 characters! Some of the other figures are very complex in my view for any maker to tackle (for the demand they will have)

i would like a figure to compare with my custom..
rooted hair and especially leather boots not moulded plastic boots
and i think the suit has to be more brillant.. not opaque...

That is a fantastic piece, If i'm mot mistaken isn't that the Phicen body, clothes and accessories you have their except for the HS of course, which is a really neat HS as well, I used that body and suite for mine with the Wildwork HS
If you have a link for the HS you used could you kindly share it?
