I think it's from the same guys that made the Joker Nurse outfit and I believe there was an Iron Man Environment made as well.

Why doesn't Ikea start making their Detolfs bigger for the bigger collectibles?

Definitely limited since it's not a liscensed piece. But it's hard to say just how there will be. Less than 500 if I had to guess.

Do you have any idea when these will be up for sale?

It says to contact them with orders or questions. I'll shoot them an email and see what's what. I'm quite curious myself.

Well judging from the T-600 which is just under 14" tall and the hieght limit of the Detolf is 15" and width limit is 15"1/2. This base seem way longer than T-600 across, if you were to lay it down next to the base, its probably 16" across. I doubt it will fit

Probably just generic explosion noises and lazer blasts. Still an incredible piece.
And yes, it does appear to be the same company that's developing the 1/6th Iron Monger...
