The grenade carry case was officially named, "Packkasten aus Blech für 15 Stielhandgranaten 24" (Packing box made of sheet metal for 15 hand grenades 24).

When searching for photos of original examples I've only seen the third model with two compartments to house the boxes for the detonators and fuse boxes:
