What's the #1 1/6 HT fig for each license you'd like to see from Sideshow in 2015? Something that hasn't been announced or sneaked, because we already know they're coming.

I'm craving a 2.0 of Thor 1 and Cap 1 lately. As for other licenses, the ones above aren't really surprises, more like certainties. In the case of Tron and Avatar, I';m sure HT's license has expired if no product has been made in three years.

Lots of interesting examples in your list, hope sideshow is listening!
But i also think they have quite a list of impressive figures out and upcoming. Add in a few others and my wallet is already going to hurt in 2015...

I'm pretty sure they still hold the licenses, just not actively developing for them. In the case of Avatar, they might be waiting for the sequels. They didn't do anything with Aliens for years and then Ripley pops up this summer looking great and renewing the hope that more new Aliens figures will get the green light. And look at Star Wars. ESB Luke came out three years ago, and then bam license announcement and a slew of figs.

It's great when surprise figs pop up from out of nowhere, as opposed to the umpteenth Iron Man armor. Not that I'm not getting most of those.

Hmmmm...well, since they're separate licenses, I guess I'll do one for each scale, for a lot of the more iconic ones.

Batman (1966):
-1/6th Scale:
•Burgess Meredith as The Penguin (he's the off-shoot; I'd wager that, if they are indeed planning to continue the line, as Howard suggested, Joker's almost a guarantee, and I think they'd probably make Frank Gorshin as The Riddler before Penguin, so, the cagey bird it is.)
-1/4 Scale:
•Adam West as Batman (their 1/6th Scale version is one of the most incredible figures they've ever made, and I would love to see them tackle the character in 1/4 Scale. Imagine a West as definitive as Bale for 1/4 Scale. His radioactive cowl, the boxing gear from his bout with The Riddler, "Surf's up" attire and his Bat-surf board; you could even take their "box" concept a step further and give him a building wall Diorama base a lá Boba Fett. While I'd love to see it, there's a part of me that doesn't want to see this line get too Batman heavy; it's difficult, though, because so many of these actors have delivered the iconic portrayal for someone).

Batman (1989):
-1/6th Scale:
•Batsuit vault with DX 2.0 Batman (with a newly developed body featuring PVC plates over a fabric undersuit), Bruce Wayne, and Alfred Pennyworth Collectible Figure Set
-1/4 Scale:
•Michael Keaton as Batman or Jack Nicholson as The Joker (their 1/6th counterparts were so good, and the versions of these characters are so iconic that I think they would fit in quite well with this new series).

Batman: Arkham City
-1/6th Scale:
•Mr. Freeze (Providing Howard keeps his word and refrains from pulling a Lone Ranger on us, we should be seeing an Arkham City Joker figure in the next year... or two, or three, going by HT's track record, but Mr. Freeze is just a huge want, for me. All of the light-up features, the excellent character design; it could be a beast of a figure).

Batman Begins:
-1/6th Scale:
•Microwave Emitter with Batman and Ra's Al Ghul Collectible Figure Set (I'd always thought it'd be cool to see the Begins suit get a DX, as it seems like its subsequent counterparts have had a monopoly on that line, ever since its conception, but I think this is a great alternative, and it's a way to basically deliver the final figure needed in the line, while also appeasing a segment of fans who believe that Batman could use an update, not to mention the fact that it fits with the precedent set of two figures and a set piece, set by The Dark Knight Armory and The Dark Knight Rises Batsignal sets, respectively).
-1/4 Scale:
•Christian Bale as Batman (I'll be honest and say that I don't really think this one's necessary, as the Enterbay Batman seems to be a phenomenal piece. With that being said, I'm incredibly curious to see what HT could do with this release. The Enterbay seems to be divisive, in that some people believe it's one of the best figures ever made, while others believe it isn't as good quality as HT's 1/4 Scale The Dark Knight Rises release, and it seems like people still don't know who got the scale correct. I just want to see if they could deliver something as definitive for this look as they did for TDK/TDKR's; imagine if HT could even figure out a way to include an alternate, symbolless upper body for a "First Night Out" look).

Batman Returns:
-1/6th Scale:
•Danny Devito as The Penguin (Growing up, I was never a huge fan of this iteration of the character, but I've grown to appreciate it with age. Partly because I love Danny Devito as an actor, and partly because his Penguin was so unique. He was a lecherous, slimy, little man, and he was a perfect foil to the film's other main characters, serving in stark contrast to the seductive Catwoman and the upstanding Bruce Wayne. On top of all that, I feel like his design would really lend itself to 1/6th, as he's just a genuinely visually interesting character).
-1/4 Scale:
•Michael Keaton as Batman (This one's sort of just a token wish for all the fans of this version. I've always been more partial to '89, so, if I do get it, the 1/6th will be enough for me, but I believe that Howard should keep his promises, and, when you say "1/6th and 1/4 Scale Figures Coming in 2012," you should stick to your guns. He already broke one promise by about 3 years, or so, so, at the very least, I think he should try to hold up his end by presenting the releases, themselves).

The Dark Knight:
-1/6th Scale:
•Harvey Dent/Two-Face 2.0 (They've pretty much done everything else that needed to be done ten times over, with this line, and, with nurse Joker seemingly off the table, this is all I could think of. Dent is showing his age, and I think he could use an upgrade. He'd make a good convention exclusive, as well. That being said, don't take this as your cue to do a repaint and a reissue, Mr. Chan. That Bank Robber Joker could've been awesome, and, while it doesn't seem like a bad release, it does seem like a lazy one. So, there you have it: newly developed Two-Face with a new sculpt, new clothes, and new paint. Bonus points if you give him a movable eye).
-1/4 Scale:
•Heath Ledger as The Joker (I think the Enterbay Joker was, perhaps, more divisive than the EB Batman, as it left a lot to be desired, it seems, in terms of tailoring, and, in some regards, a caricaturish likeness. If I were to see any 1/4 Scale Release from Nolan's Trilogy this year, I'd want to see either this or a 1/4 Begins suit, as either one is pretty much all you'd ever need to see made to compliment their wonderful QS 001, while a Begins QS would provide a cool companion piece, in that it marks the beginning and the end for that version of Batman, this provides the definitive antagonist. I'd love to see if HT could deliver a Ledger likeness as definitive as their 1/4 Scale Bale, and pack it with as many goodies, to boot. That being said, the coolest thing they could possibly do for this release, or any future Ledger release, really, in my eyes, is to include a smiling sculpt. We've seen a million variations of the neutral, smirking, and laughing headsculpt, but Joker with that toothy grin is criminally underrepresented in this hobby. Even if it were just an alternate sculpt, it's the kind of expressiveness that could really make for an outstanding figure).

The Dark Knight Rises:
-1/6th Scale:
•Miranda Tate/Talia Al Ghul (I'll be honest, I couldn't care less about this one, but I feel like, if they made Ra's, she'd be the only hole in the Nolan line, so, they might as well, for those who want her).
-1/4 Scale:
•Tom Hardy as Bane (I want to clarify that this is a wish list, and not even all my wishes, really, but I set a precedent, so, I might as well choose one 1/4 scale figure per license, even if I don't think they're particularly necessary. If any other character from TDKR were to get the 1/4 Scale treatment, I'd say it's be Bane. While I would much rather see a Begins Batman, or TDK Joker over him, I think Bane's the most notable of TDKR, having "broken the bat," at least. He'd make for a pretty cool figure, as well, if they made a definitive version. They could probably include all of his looks from the film, including his "disguise" from the CIA interrogation, with the black shirt, zip ties, and bag, his trialmaster jacket, along with his courier vest and motorcycle helmet, and his "revolutionary look, with a "letter" from James Gordon and a picture of Harvey Dent. I think it'd be cool if he had interchangeable arms, as well; a pair of sculpted "Thor"-like arms for battle displays with Batman, and a pair of super-articulated, smaller arms for beneath his clothes (so you can pull off poses like the zip-ties behind his back, and the "coat gripping" he was known for). I think it'd be a cool feature, as well, if they did a sort of "inverse" interchangeable faceplate, where you could change the expression of his eyes by removing each half of his head above his mask; you could also include PERS, which would be accessible by removing the back half of his mask).

Superman: The Movie (1978):
-1/6th Scale:
•MMS DX Superman/Clark Kent Collectible Figure Set (I still love the MMS 152, and I wouldn't sell it for the world, but I still would love to see a DX Superman, and I think it could be different enough that it could compliment the original release, rather than compete with it. For one thing, I'd love to see them do a Reeve Clark Kent. People often complain about suited figures being too boring, but I think that, in some ways, Kent is so old school that it would be visually interesting, with a removable Fedora, those horn rimmed glasses, and that three-piece, pin striped suit. As for the Man of Steel, himself, I've always wanted a smiling Reeve to put on display. There's almost a boyish charm to Reeve's smile, in the film, and it just embodies the wholesomeness of that iteration of Superman).
-1/4 Scale:
•Christopher Reeve as Superman (I've always thought of the QS Series as a line for icons, and, for as much as I love the QS 001 Batman, and as cool as that new Iron Man may be, I've always felt it lent itself more to releases of the Reeve, Keaton, and Indy stock, myself. I just think that you'd be hard pressed to find a more iconic iteration of a character than Reeve in the role of Superman, and seeing him in that scale would be breathtaking, if done to the standard of their other releases).

We're talking licenses they already have right?

Lucius
Gray Fox (MGS)
Barbossa
Davy Jones 2.0
Elizabeth in red gown
Qorra too because I just want an Olivia Wilde figure.

Doc is pretty much guaranteed I'd think with the Marty sales.

Ra's is probably coming too since Howard has stated he wants to make him.

I pretty much want this entire list minus the Keaton stuff along with Fassneto, young Professor X and Quicksilver.

My main want from stuff they have is George McFly from Back to the Future. If you want to count Marvel as a license I'd take a Howard the Duck as well.

I wish HT would make Faora. Then every major character in Man of Steel would have been made. Plus she was the coolest character in that movie!
