That's actually the headsculpt of Doug Caldwell from Blue Box Toys. One of my favorite headsculpts, I must say.

Yes Eric is correct, that is a BBI Doug Caldwell head. The Boots are from a Battle Star Galactica figure. Pants from POTA Dr.Z fig. Shirt DML Barbarian series and the armour/belt/saber/gauntlet/gloves are all custom made.

Nice custom on Kyle Katarn. I did one a couple of years ago using the AOTC Obi Wan made by hasbro. I ended up sewing the pants and shirt. Used Obi's belt and just turned it around so it clasped infront. Robbed another 12 star wars figure of his black boots and made the shoulder pauldron out of Sculpy. I keep looking at him and thinking he needs to be redone now that I have improved on my skills and I know there are much better bodies available. I also made a custom 1:1 lightsaber based on the blueprints at the sitharchives.com. Anyway looks great. Is that dragon head hard to find? I got a BBi Barney and thought he might make a decent Kyle someday.

AWESOME CUSTOM!!!

Hands-down my favorite EU character (my username at most other websites is Katarn07; I decided to shorten it here for whatever reason). I love everything about this figure except that he's wielding a DL-44 blaster pistol. Kyle used a modified Bryar Pistol in all the games. But you'd have to construct that yourself as it's a made up weapon for the game and only used by Kyle to my knowledge.

Except he was modeled after the actor who previously portrayed him in "Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight."
