Hi guys,

I bought a 21st century 1/6 motorcycle on ebay to make a last crusade scene, but the guy screwed me over. I now have bike that is broken. I got a partial refund if everything goes fine, but still a broken bike.

My question, does anyone have spare parts like the base which connects the sidecar to the bike?

Here is a pic of the broken part.

It also has other issues so anything is welcome.

Best,

Robert

Your best bet may be a do it yourself repair using small rod to affix/attach the sidecar to the cycle at that point and then doing some repaint possibly. It'll require some minor drilling, etc.

It's not the answer you probably wanted, but it does appear to be a salvageable repair job.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking about superglueing everything together, but i prefer spare parts from another bike.

Best,

Robert

Contact LordRagnar on this forum. He made my Last Crusade bike and is a master model maker. He could fix that for you no worries. I fear that "spare" parts for an already difficult to find toy are going to be hard to find otherwise.

Hi,

I already send hoyt a pm. Hope he has some parts left. He also will be doing some custom parts for me.

Best,

Robert

You won't regret it. He's done 99% of my customs and he just gets better and better.

Check out my custom LC bike in the Indy section and my Captain America WWII Harley (in progress) in the Marvel thread. Both courtesy of Hoyt.

Yeah i love hoyts work. Have seen the threads. He is a bit busy now, so he responds a bit slower than usual. But it's worth the wait :).

Get yourself some Loctite to mend the broken plastic.
