Right around the corner is the 25th anniversary of my favorite movie from 1984 "THE TERMINATOR" I hope they put out some cool stuff to commemorate it. Maybe SIDESHOW will put out a ARNOLD PF worthy of us Terminator fans scrutiny. An awesome DVD set would be nice. Wouldn't it be something if at SDCC 09' they had a cast reunion minus of course Mr. Paul Winfield and Mr. Stan Winston:monkey2 But most of them could be there including JAMES CAMERON:D What a dream come true that would be. I can hope right?

Ive never collected any Terminator stuff, but after watching T1 last night for the first time in many years i would love to see Kyle Reese and Arnie, the first HT Reese just doesnt do it for me,looks TOO toyish.

somebody somewhere has to start producing high end terminator stuff again. hopefully things pick up with the new movie coming.
Well McFarlane did that when T3 hit in 2003. Same for AvP, McFarlane did the Alien/Pred range.

I'm hoping for a SE DVD of the original film with a James Cameron commentary this time.

I want T1 stuff. 2 1/6th's with no likenesses is far too little from this film. I'd even go back to 7inch figures if someone made new figures from T1, The Terminator.

It is odd isn't it. I know the rights were split between so many companies that it made it hard to make T2, wouldn't have thought that applied to merch though.

Maybe someone will snap up the licence around the time T4 comes out, due to the renewed interest like some companies did with T2 around the time T3 came out.

I think there's at least 2 more Terminators HT could do...the 80's punk outfit Arnold, and the street-clothes Reese.

Guess not getting hold of Arnold's likeness has hampered The Terminator line more than anything, not like they could get away with doing punk Arnold and still having his face so messed up.

Have seen some great Street Clothes Reese customs though.
