Re: 3.75" Collecting Thread

Walmart who the heck goes to Walmart for collectibles lol

Not even for their 2 exclusives a year do I walk into a Walmart looking for collectibles.

Not Target or Walgreens either but especially Walmart.

With my pajamas on I click a keyboard button and I wait for it to arrive.

The amount of time and gas collectors waste as these stores looking for products that are available online is astounding.

What?s next petition letter for Hot Toys at Walmart lol

Besides that silly letter promises Walmart that Hasbro has fixed their customer character demand algorithms.

cough BS cough

If you want the line to do well you need the Walmarts of the world on board. Physical toy stores don't exist anymore.

Re: 3.75" Collecting Thread

Have you ever considered lowering your 1/4 Terminator into molten steel I bet you would also cry lol

Oh and my Slave 1 finally ships this Wed.

I have a spot for it next to my Fett helmet can?t wait.

I have no spots for that snow speeder though lol

Yeah I got a preorder processing soon notice from BBTS for the Slave I. It'll be nice to knock that off the list. My Star Wars collecting will basically be over assuming the line continues to be abandoned by Hasbro.

This is my hope, an online based market for TVC from Amazon/BBTS/EE/Dorkside/etc...

I think the line would thrive.

Agreed. The ONLY problem with Amazon with 3.75" = they mail the figs in envelopes.......

I really hope the 3.75" doesn't totally die off. The 6" is cool and all, but think the 3.75" stuff can really shine.

3.75" Collecting Thread

Walmart is asking for something I can?t give them.

Walmart is saying either buy every Rose Tico and Holdo toy or else we won?t stock Fett and Stormtroopers.

Well Walmart how about you go to hell because the world changed 23 years ago with the internet and if you don?t want to carry what I like I will just go buy it from someone else and i?ll go to Ebay for your 2 exclusives every year.

If Hasbro can?t get their **** together with creating product fans actually want then let the damn 3.75 line die i?m not going to lose sleep over it because its not my job to engage Walmart on Hasbro behalf having to explain myself and my buying habits and reasoning why I don?t want to buy certain products over others.

Hasbro has to sink or swim like everyone else and Walmart can kiss my *** lol

I think sending a complaint letter about the status of SW 3.75 inch collectibles in this current environment of major business and life disruptions just might not have the same impact as Bantha skull was hoping it would have lol

Yep they forwarded my inquiry to the nearest store as well where they said a "crack employee" is on the hunt for the exclusive Retro collection as we speak.

That gif of a worker being crushed to death in a warehouse is appalling and should be removed. It is not funny at all.

I read that no one died.

But if it bothers you I will comply.

Nobody died in that warehouse collapse. The forklift driver emerged from that unscathed.

It definitely looks like the guy in the forklift is toast. Though I got desensitized to that sort of thing decades ago when in high school they'd show us stuff like the Zapruder film and Vietnamese prisoners getting shot in the head at point blank range.

Yeah, was thinking the same thing. It's the least of their worries now.

Still, for future reference. I really don't want to see this toy line disappear from shelves more than it already has.

I wonder if he thought he was fighting the Aliens queen and he purposely collapsed the warehouse on top of her.

I was a medic for over 20 years definitely saw my fair share of CHIPS levels of destruction that comes from Rose Tico being behind the wheel of a car.

Sorry about the millions of furloughs and disruptions of the food and cleaning supplies but does anyone have the spread sheet on the 3.75 inch sales from April lol

If you don?t own every Rose and Holdo you are part of the problem lol

Holy crap I'll bet.

Trump said that if people can just chill out and stop ordering RO Stormtroopers by the case then the figures might gradually start returning to store shelves, lol.
