For a while I've been playing around with the concept of what if Boba Fett existed in Indy's reality. With all the subtle references to the Trilogy throughout the Indiana Jones saga I thought it'd be a pretty cool idea. So now we find the nefarious bounty hunter, or mercenary in this case, hunting the man with the hat and working for a slightly different Empire.

That is really, really cool! Love the idea of bringing a SW character into Indy... and who better than his foe Boba!

Really like the design... only nit, is he seems a bit drab overall. Nazi uniforms had a lot of regalia and symbolism. I think adding some elements of their medals and what-not would give him an extra bit of polish, or at least break up a lot of the green :rock

BTW, does he have a jet pack? Some companies make flame throwers that might suffice...

Hey, thanks guys! There was actually a small back story I'd done up but opted to leave it out.

Die, those 1942 Star Wars characters are really cool! I'm gonna have to look at those a bit more, lots of great details.

Galactiboy, I totally see what what you're saying about the drab thing. His shirt and pants are a little more brown in person, but a warm color would certianly add a good contrast. I wouldnn't say he's a Nazi anymore than Fett was an Imperial, he just works for the highest bidder, that said, I was tempted to give him some kind of tassles hagning off the shoulder plates but didn't know what to use.

:)

great figure, love how you used the real cloth ammo packs, pouches, and gauntlets. very cool indeed and would work well with the 1940's star wars figs.

Good point, he would still be a mercenary for hire... I think the pith helmet led me to suspect German influence. But I think a few small details, like tassles would give him just enough extra.

But really an awesome and inspired figure :rock

Yes a german snipers/sharpshooters lanyard would be great instead of wookie scalps.

Very nice as mentioned a flame thrower back pack would also be cool. The only bit I'm unsure about is the Prussian spike on the helmet (more WW1 period)
