A Playstation 1/6?

I know this may belong somewhere else, however since it looks custom made; I was wondering if this was possible to get? Ntm being in the main section instead of questions and how-tos, thought I get more traffic. It was posted today on OSR's FB.

Tbh I'm a little intrigued, because I would love to have a 1/6 PS3 console to be displayed with my gaming customs and figures. Same goes for X360 fans too.
