This build came from one of those time when you get an idea and you just decide to run with it. I did pass on this figure and after see the limited articulation I was glad I did.

Then of course I got an idea to use a TBL/Phicen m34 for a base body. So after a quick buy spree, here he is. Let me know what you think?
