Alex Cross (aka Jack from Lost gets super ripped)

The first images of Tyler Perry not wearing a dress in the James Patterson adaptation Alex Cross have gone online. Directed by Rob Cohen (The Fast and the Furious) the film is based on Patterson’s book I, Alex Cross, and Perry stars as the titular detective who was previously played by Morgan Freeman in the Patterson adaptations Kiss the Girls and Along Came a Spider. More interesting, though, are the first images of Matthew Fox as the film’s villain. He looks absolutely insane and ripped out of his mind. I literally stared at one image for 10 seconds before I realized it was Fox who was putting someone in a Hulk-ed out choke hold. It’s honestly kind of disturbing.

Wow, Foxy looks sick. I read the first few of those Alex Cross novels ages ago but I don't think I got to this one. I remember feeling like Morgan Freeman was old for the part.

That's how were supposed to look. Like Lions! Not soft domesticated tabby-cats. Which is what they/ourselves have made people into. (food, lifestyle etc) It's like people have forgotten what the human body is supposed to look like and be capable of. See when people train and eat right..This is how they look.

This is just super low BF. Still has a tad bit of muscle, though you look bigger when BF is low.

Looks to me about 5-6% BF which is fine.

Stallone was down to 3% on Rocky 3 and nearly died. Fox looks even worse than Stallone did, so I'm guessing he's lower than 3%. Hopefully he's been out for some milkshake and waffles since they wrapped shooting.

I don't think that's entirely accurate. I know plenty of people who train, eat right, and they do not look like they're a cancer patient with a little muscle. I'm glad most of us don't look like this. Sure, the guy looks "fit," but he also looks like a skeleton with skin and a little muscle. Like he's sick with a disease.
