Amok Time trouble?

Anyone else having order/delivery problems with Amok Time?

I was always in their corner in regards to their 1:6 endeavors and defended them when folks got on them for figures or lines that wound up cancelled.

I preordered the Captain Action new sets thru them. I came home from the hospital and got an email that the shipping label was made and the package would ship in 2-3 days. The scheduled delivery was 04-09-12. I stayed home all day - NO PACKAGE. I emailed them questioning it and they said 2-3 days after the label it would be shipped. Ok, I thought, I'll still have it by the weekend. Afterall, they are only about 2 hours from me.
Again - NOTHING.
Now, I just got an email that my order won't be shipped until they get another delivery from Round2!!
WTF!!!
Has anyone else experienced this?
Am I within my right to ask for a refund?

This is old news unfortunately. You might wanna check the Horror threads for more info about Amok Time and their failure to follow through with quite a bit of preordered/In Stock orders. Most recent was the Return of the Living Dead Tarman figure.

That's a shame since they have such a cool store.
If you want a refund then your entitled to it because of their lack of fulfilment on their part.
