Ankle peg dounuts?

The black ankle peg Doughnuts; I've only seen them on the DX Bruce Lee, and pictures of the new Hot Toys Muscular body that getting ready to come out. Does anyone know what can be used to make them? I’d like to find out, and hopefully in Flesh tone.

They are made out of foam.

Try doing a search for extruded medical polyurethane tube. Don't like your chances of finding any flesh coloured ones though.

I kind of guessed that. Finding something similar that can be cut and have the foot peg pushed through was more of the information I was looking for.

Filler as far as I can tell, but it does make it look better. Also, that’s why I’m wondering why Hot Toys doesn’t do them in Flesh tone.
It’s why I’d like to figure out a way to make some of my own, socks look better from the outside appearance.

Nylon spacers from a hardware store, rubber washers stacked together, etc. Those could be used to achieve the same result. Add a little paint/sealer, and you're good to go.
