I'm sure most of you know about the Men of Faith Moses figure made to look like Charlton Heston in 'The Ten Commandments" and given a better sculpt than most Bible-related toys.

If I had the money for one at this point I might pick him up, but this company also does some pretty decent costumes and sculpts for children's toys.

I actually bought the Esther doll I saw in Wal-Mart on a whim, but the head is almost 1/4 scale on 1/6 scale body so I think I might put her on a DC Direct 13" body just for kicks. Right now she's in a GI Joe MP uniform holding a rifle and Israeli flag (heh-heh).

Also, for any Ignite owners, are their Greek, Roman, or medieval costumes worth the price tag?

Moses is pretty cool. And I like the movie that figure is based on. I watch it every Easter. I would definitely consider getting that figure if I were still going outside of the Sideshow GI Joe and Star Wars lines.

The Biblequest figures from 2008 are the best Bible figures out there! about 5-6 inches tall, fully articulated with soft clothes and loaded with accessories...they have now become hard to come by at retail...except ebay..https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fr...bible+quest+figures&_sacat=See-All-Categories

Generic Bible figures seem strange to me. But figures based on Biblical epics, like Moses, are full of win. I'd love to see a Heston Ben Hur and Yul Brynner Rameses.

I am not a big fan of Abrahamic religions, but I like some Biblical figures...mostly because I am interested in Middle-Eastern history. Now, if only they made figures based on Sumerian mythology...

That Moses figure is great and quite inexpensive compared to many other figures with similar details. Postage seems a little high for the US, though.

I am no fan of any religion. I see them as doing more harm than good. However, once in a while they have some pretty inspirational characters. Such as Moses...as he was portrayed in "The Ten Commandments" by Charlton Heston.

So I do really like this Moses figure, despite the fact that they obviously did not get the rights to the actual movie. They ripped it off closely enough and I would buy it if, as I mentioned, I was going outside of my SSC Star Wars and GI Joe boundaries.
