look them directly in the eye, establish dominance
dont ask questions, only makes you look weak. act like you know everything about the job and the company.
always interrupt the person, makes them know you mean serious business.
Make sure you say eh a lot.

If you make it past the application stage and get called in for an interview.
If it's a job, show up on time and be presentable.
If it's a career, do some research on the company and see what they have to offer. Ask questions relevant to the position you're applying for, especially if there's room for growth.
All "serious" interviews go both ways, treat your application the same.
