I'm looking for old toys stores that sell 60's-70's superhero/pop culture collectibles. Any real good ones in Boston/New England area? Any big must-see comic book stores in the area?

Thanks,

BB

I remember visiting a pretty big, two-story collectible type store in the downtown area... couldn't tell you its name offhand though. It was right across that big indoor market building...

Sorry, we were only there for the day! If you look up comic or toy stores on Google Maps or something, it'll probably be obvious... (Checks Google) Yeah, looks to be Newbury Comics...

A bit off-topic, but other than NYC, what are good cities for this kind of shopping? I remember Boston not being all that great for it, myself, though it's a nice place to visit regardless.

I remember one particularly AWESOME collectible store in Seoul back when I was teaching English in Korea... It was near the Olympic Park, but I can't remember its name. I imagine Tokyo and Hong Kong are pretty good too.

Silver Snail in Toronto is great, but I don't like Canadian pricing.

We should start a thread for awesome toy/collectible stores and cities...
