Corner Store Comics, I've bought several from them and they attend most of the shows (Famcon, LBCC, Comikaze etc). Their prices are reasonable.

Well I can tell you this - there are ZERO HT sellers in San Diego.

Oh, there is one in Thousand Oaks as well, a comic store....Galaxy something maybe? They don't usually have a ton, but they do have some.

Maybang's Collectibles is in Chino, they are official Sideshow reseller.

there is a place in the Burbank Mall but their prices are insane... Golden Apple Comics usually gets at least one of each Hot Toys releases... Echo Base is further east and often has a few pieces lying around as well...

They are not insane. If you preorder or buy when they are just released, they are priced at retail. If you buy older pieces, of course they will have a mark up because the owner buys them from walk-in collectors who usually want more than what they paid or at least retail. That's the only way for him to have older stock and variety.
The name of that place at the Burbank Mall is Halo 13. That's where I preorder my figures.
