I have a rough idea, epoxy puty, small scenic decoration(bushes, tress etc) you use for model railways, electrical wire for vines that sort of stuff.

check out the green stuff (kneadadite)... it will be perfect for this.

Someone made one of these in the DC custom section. Check there for some ideas. He used a DCD Manhattan if I'm not mistaken.

Wow, Honestly I hope to see this actually happen. Good Luck!

You could also do a test with rubber mold builder (basically liquid latex) that is sold in micheals/acmoore. It's tan but you might be able to tint it green with some pigments. They also sell dried moss you could mix in. I dunno how well it would work but could be worth a try.

coloring latex is easy. Just stir in some acrylic paint.Don't try to get the exact color you want;as the latex dries, the color will darken, so mix "light"...PS

Thanks guys, yes someone did do Swampy with DC MANHATTEN but he did the first film Swamp Thing but I want him chock full of vines, plants, things hanging off exactly like in the pic. And want him able to move his head "so I can back down the drive".
Going to a big model shop today and they will have some ideas too.
Keep you posted.

Think I have done it, what do you think.
A mix of power cables, milliput(polymer clay) scale railway follage, string, a fake flower and paint.
I think thats it.
