Anyone have an extra Alien 3 maquette tail?

So after seeing all the great pics here, I started looking for this piece. I finally found one and it arrived today, but the tail was broken in two places. Anyone here have an extra tail? Yeah I know that's unlikely and am filing a claim with UPS. This is the first time I've had to do this, am I going to get my money back? Yes it was shipped insured. UPS is scheduled to pick up the piece tomorrow or Monday. TIA

So I've been getting a few posts and PMs about returning this or having it fixed. I'm open to having it professionally repaired and "like new" if that's possible. If it can be fixed where I can't tell where the damage was, then I may just so that. Can anyone refer me to someone who can work magic? Thanks!

Ohhhh noooo!

Sorry to here it came dammaged Big League. I'm glad I was able to pick mine up from my LCS. I was still worried after packing her up that something would happen to it on the way from the LCS to my apartment 5 miles away. You'd know what I mean if you saw how this maquette was packed. The tail is the most vulnrable IMO.

I know it's broken and all, but the beauty of polystone = clean breaks. Those look really easy to fix, as they appear to be really clean. I'm sure you or somebody here can take care of it.

So I decided to listen to everyone here and have this piece repaired. Thanks to those that offered to help, especially kaijuboy, I will remember you in the future. But I went with a local guy since the alien body had a chip too, and didn't want to ship this whole thing back and forth. The seller gave me a little money back to cover the cost of repair also. Anyway, here are the pics. The repair is pretty good, but you can see the seam if you know where to look. Overall, I'm not going to let this eat away at me and just put it up in my case, one of my favorites

the only one i can find here in europe is from some one in belgium
but the asking price is 1450 dollars :s

It's not perfect, but ok for now. If I ever need other repairs, I may also send the tail to you to take a look, and see what you can do :chew

At first I didn't care for the sculpt, but in person it really is nicely done. Maybe you can negotiate a bit on that asking price!

That's not what they usually go for I hope? I'd like to think that if I needed to sell mine in the future that i would at least get $900 for it.
