Greetings,

I hope this is the right place to post this.

I was wondering if Sideshow/Hot Toys neck pegs for 1:6 scale figures are standardized (one size fits all?).... I have a first version Terminator T-800 body that I might have to get a new neck peg for, but I wasn't sure if it matters what neck peg I get (i.e. - T2, Thor, Batman - are they all interchangeable for, say, male muscle heroes?)

Thank you!

Do you mean neck adapter (the little part the head sculpt attaches to), or the actual peg attached to the body that the neck adapter connects to? In either case, there is no real standardization across bodies here. Some are more compatible than others. The Sideshow Prometheus neck adapter for neckless heads allows for Hot Toys neckless heads to be used, and vice versa, though they may be slightly loose or tight. Hot Toys bodies are generally compatible with one another but there are even exceptions there.

Yeah, that's also what I consider the neck peg for the muscle bodies. If you mean the T2 T-800 MMS Hot Toys figure, my guess is that most Hot Toys neck pegs made for muscle bodies would work, because they are usually pretty standard and that figure isn't very old. But that's just a guess. Apart from the b-a-l-l-s fitting correctly, you may also have to deal with the little post being too short or long. You may be able to pry open one of these neck joints: https://www.ebay.com/itm/TE65-01-S-...2973?pt=US_Action_Figures&hash=item1c308b802d and use the connecter in there.
