Asked Ada about doing a Kurtwood Smith Clarence Boddicker

I know this is gonna come off negative and I dont want to offend Ada but Ive found

with Ada's stuff is its hit and miss

Im on her ebay list and theres a head produced every week sometimes 2

Some of it hits the mark alot of it doesnt

There all good sculpts "finish etc" - just some of them dont quite look like the character photograph thats attached. That and the photos sent of the sculpts dont fit on the sceen "My monitors 1280 x 1024"

I just feel that she doesnt take as much time as say Xeno, His always seem to hit the mark

There cheaper admitedly but I feel if she took more time, she'd sell more, as that extra amount of accuracy would be more attractive to potential customers

I still look at her pages for that Xeno accurate sculpt but I havent seen one yet

1 a month done really reallly right would be my choice from her

Clarence is tops on my list... ShocktrooperAU had a good start on one. Not sure whatever happened to his, I think he was going to give it a 2nd try.

But, Boddicker is one of my favorite villians and I'd love to have a full figure of him. Maybe Spenser would be a good person to mention it to. He can even make the glasses to go with the sculpt.

His outfit should be easy enough to do. He wears a black M65 field jacket.

Is that what it is? I was trying to see from images... and the closest I could tell it looked like a black miltary jacket. One look (during the cocaine raid) looks like he's got a grey shirt and the black jacket. During the first scenes with him he's got an odd grey hoody that I think would have to be custom made.

I looked up the M65 jacket on wiki and it gives a whole list of movie characters that wore it ranging from Rambo, Terminator, Taxi Driver, Clarence etc.

You should contact Plastic Earth. They did a 1/8th scale Kurtwood Smith for Robot Chicken that was pretty sharp for a quick throwaway sketch. They wont sell any of the heads they did for RC, but if their sculptors spent some time on a 1/6 scale version it would probably come out to everyones satisfaction.
