I did not consider this, something to think about.Hopefully the missing hands are not integral to posing the figure. Gollum/Smeagol were mostly hunched over, with a hand on the ground.

The missing hands is a very odd decision
Anyway Gollum/Smeagol doesn’t have a hairy feet
2 of the 6 hands are fists which I don’t think will be the choice most go with. So you’ve got 1 pair of open hands and 1 pair of gripping hands to share between G and S. A little frustrating as they both can’t use the open hands on the ground at the same time. One has to be holding the ring and fish or rock display with the gripping set.If each individual figure comes with 6 hands total... then the Luxury set -- with both full figures -- should definitely have 12 hands total.
Unfortunately, they will probably add $20, remove the art box and remove 2 more hands just because and change Gollum’s hair brown.Just add 5$ to the price and we get two sets of hands
20$ for 6 extra handsUnfortunately, they will probably add $20, remove the art box and remove 2 more hands just because and change Gollum’s hair brown.
Asmus We are getting an Art box with the deluxe set right ?
They really need to address this.Asmus, will Gollum/Smeagol's feet really be hairy? Because the character doesn't actually have hairy feet like the hobbits.
When he was a hobbit, maybe. But Gollum was over 600 years old and had lost more of hair. Besides, in the actual character design from the movie his feet were hairless. Gollum was more frog than hobbit, really.Wouldn’t Sméagol/Gollum have had hairy feet because he was a hobbit?
Irrelevant.Wouldn’t Sméagol/Gollum have had hairy feet because he was a hobbit?
