can anyone help me find the asmus riddler figure from batman forever, i am wanting to buy one but literally cant find one for sale anywhere.

You most likely won't find this figure. I don't even know that many fellow freaks that ended up with him. There has been maybe ONE ebay listing in the last couple of years and it was pulled early (most likely due to copyright issues.) Even then it was over $1200 before bidding ended

Hate to rain on your parade. There is another bootleg Riddler figure out there --the headsculpt would probably work with a repaint.
