Assistance with Queen Studio Figure

I recently purchased on ebay a Queens Studio 1/3 Catwoman on batpod, that was advertised as new, unopened and undamaged, but it arrived opened, damaged/repairable and missing items.
Specifically missing and most important to me, the Certificate of Authenticity.

As this is my first QS figure, I have no idea what their COA's look like. I'm asking if anyone that has a QS figure to please share a photo of their COA.
Queen Studio won't talk to me because I'm not the original buyer.
I'm currently filing a dispute with agains seller and would like a photo of one to show to the individuals reviewing the dispute claim along with all the other photos of how it arrived.

Sorry that I can’t directly help, but it may be good to ask in the relevant thread (link below). And if you have Facebook, maybe ask fellow collectors in the Queen Studios Facebook group(s) to see if they can help you out. You might get a quicker response there than here

Thanks for the advice.
Don't have FB anymore. It became a chore trying to avoid unwanted advertisements, spam and hacking attempts for me. So no FB.
I'll post in the thread you shared with the hope of someone being able to assist.
