Do you have Photoshop? That's what I use.

Just open all of the images up in Photoshop, then create a new blank image sized 80 by 80 (in this case). Then go to each individual image, hit CTRL-A to select the picture, then CTRL-C to copy it. Click back on the blank image and hit CTRL-V to paste it down. Then repeat that process with the other images you want to add. You are basically adding layers to the image, one on top of the other. (If any of the images are too large, select "resize" from the "image" menu and enter the new dimensions.)

When you are done, select "Save for web" from the file menu. At the bottom right of the window that pops up is a box labelled "animation." In this box, just make sure that the "loop" option is checked, and then select the amount of time you want to wait between frames. Then click "OK" and you're done! It's easier than you might think!

I had to shrink down the avatar I have now so they should all be fine....Did you see my new sig.....I love it!!!I laugh every time I see it...

Heck, if you want to make it your signature, then I will work on a better version tomorrow with the forearm moving as well!!!

I am working on two avatars--one more close up, and the second will be less cropped.

That would be awesome if you could make one were his arm is moving...and I love the current avatar...cant wait to see the 2nd one!
