AVP Elder question

I almost finished putting my AVP Elder predator together on Saturday.
I have one last step to do,adding his quills on his head.
I'd like to find out how other members here added them on.
Did you use glue or how did you do it?
The instructions don't say how.
Any help would be great,thanks

i was use a mechanical pencil to stab into his head...

yeh, i just heated a peice of thin metil in a candle then made tiny holes , added a spot of super glue to the end of the quill and slot it in place

ok, i get why using a heated nail helps. but, does it have to be done shirtless? how hot does the nail get?
and does that gay Clark Gable mustache help?

Classic P!tuvision, I hadn't seen this one. This is the quietest and calmest I've seen P!tu, it's like he was giving an art lesson like that Bushy Haired artist that paints happy trees (RIP).

I had no idea you had to stick holes for the quills. That kind of sucks, thought they would have been pre-drilled/formed.

You know, I always thought poor ol' Ross would loose it during a show:

"And here, we'll paint some happy little trees. Behind the happy little tree, we'll paint some happy little bushes. Hiding in the happy little bushes is a little NVA soldier. Now we'll paint the beautiful AK on the happy little soldier. But wait... happy little bullets from my happy little M16 tear through the happy little NVA soldier. Then the happy little holes in the happy little soldier's head begin to gush happy little springs of blood....blood...BLOOD!!! GUSHING BLOOD!!! DIE CHARLIE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

But, he never did. Sadly and rather unfortunately he died from cancer caused by the turpentine he used to clean his brushes. He used to bang them pretty hard and fling that stuff all over the studio. If I remember correctly, didn't his cameraman also get cancer from it?

I added all the quills on Monday and today.
It looks a lot better with them on.
