Ban problem

Hello I m Darthy I ve been banned I don t know why exactly but I guess this personn went a bit anxious. I have lots of projects going on here. I send a lot of payments, even this week...

I tried to log in and it said attempt of paypal fraud, so if this is you machew1**1@***.com and your 40 bucks claim. I don t know you, and please say that everything is ok now on your end. I hope you realize that you don t even try to communicate with me. I am now banned here and my paypal is frozen. I sent a refund on paypal. If this is non related, an admin would be very nice to explain the situation to me.

I am leaving to Japan today for 3 months and I can t afford not to access to my favourite forums here... This is really stupid.

I have to add this is ridiculous. I have been screwed many times here. Nobody did nothing. Especially with oddell youn.

I don t even know what happened here but this is disrespectful. I come here very often, it s been years, maybe people don t notice me because my english is not good so my comments can t be noticeable, but I didn t come here for 2 days and now I am doing nothing and I m banned... This can t be my mistake. Please do something... and I won t have time to deal with this, that s why I wrote this once for all.

If you have issues with your Paypal account, you shpuld definitly CALL Paypal just to be save. Accessing this board is a minor issue compared to a eventually haked Paypal account. Best of luck.

I received a payment from someone I don t know, but I do remember someone asking me by pm what my paypal was. I should have asked more but I just don't have time, my mailbox is always full. Anyway this money is not mine so I had no problem sending a refund. Thanks anyway. Paypal should react quickly to this. It is still an issue for me since I won't have time or a computer VERY soon. And I sent money here on a lot of projects. I don't want people to think I've been banned for a good reason and that my spot is free for these projects...

I checked on the infraction list and there's no infractions reasons why you are banned, Darthy. Did you get a message why you are banned here?

Also, what happened with Oddell young? I still see him posting on Facebook groups every now and then.

Ok here's the story on my end. And just what I experienced from my side. There was a group pm message for deposits on Riggsmaclaine's Slimer project. I replied to the pm saying I will send deposit soon. I got an pm from Darthy saying his PayPal changed. As the Tapatalk app bugs out sometimes it changes people's profile pics I didn't look into it and thought it was Riggs saying his email changed. Which later I found out wasn't the case. Being that it was a Riggsmclaine deposit group pm why was Darthy messaging me this? Maybe like me he didn't check the pm well either? I don't know it just looked shady to me. And when I realized it wasn't Riggs PayPal I pm Darthy to send back payment and no reply was sent. So I opened PayPal claim for refund. And told Dave the situation. From my end it seemed like he was trying to fraud me as 1 its a pm group for Riggsmclaine, 2 I never at all discussed sending money to him at all for anything or any item so he should've caught on to this knowing that I don't owe him money. 3 to my knowledge he doesn't have any interest threads open nor am I on the list for any of his. Maybe this was all a big misunderstanding but there's just too many red flags to me. I'm a trusted member here for a while and my feedback speaks that as well. I hope that explains my side well enough. Thanks

Yeah it's all done with now. Regardless of the amount of time to react, that's irrelevant, you should've known who owed you money and who didn't. End of story. See it from my side. You messed up. Stop trying to make it look like you are the victim. You asked for money from a person who you never discussed selling something to. That's all I have to say about the situation. It's not like your a big artist who is getting a large amount of deposits in. Nor do you have any interest threads open. Come on man. I wasn't born yesterday

I can tell you I don t remember every nickname of people I do transactions with. I send money and receive some every week but again you sent me a message in the first place. I could explain why I thought it was someone else like I said to Dave, but it would be unfair to the person who send me money little by little to refund me, and I don t owe you an explanation. You even lied to Paypal since it was not a fraudulous use of your account. I sent your money back anyway even if they did not accept your claim. Imo you panicked while you did almost all the work by yourself. I'm sorry anyway, just don't want to lose my time again like this while I'm travelling. And I hope the pm I got concerning a possible scam with deposits is not related to this...

Dude. You don't remember nicknames of people you do transaction with? It's not like your doing hundreds of transactions at a time on here. Even the guys that have big interest list keep names of people on them. Maybe you made a mistake, but you should had known who owed you what. See it from my side how it looked. I don't know you at all. How am I suppose to know you werent doing something shady? Your not looking at it from my end. If I knew you then things would've been different. Oh and about the PayPal call out, your lying. It was actually an unauthorized transaction claim. Which is the best option I could find for the situation. So yeah.

Yes I agree I should've looked into it more before sending to him in the first place as I should've clicked on the profile to tell for sure it wasn't Riggs. I agree about that. I was in a rush that day and maybe he was too. It just seemed very shady to me that he sent that in the first place. But he's got his account back and my refund should be clearing soon. So I'm putting it behind me, no worries
