Bandai acquired recently the Star Wars license for model kits.. and they are fantastic so far.

They coming out with a 1/4 scale R2 !! Thats just awesome because you will have now the capability to built your very own R2 units for cheap !!!

That's great! They did a really good job on the 1/12 version, they can do even better at a larger scale
