BASE jump from Freedom Tower

Anyone seen this yet?



I do enjoy these kind of videos, or those glide suits etc, but I can't help but be a bit put off by this one considering where it took place. They snuck in past security with a backpack of illegal contents and made it to the roof and back out without being caught. They were all arrested a few days ago after they released the video. The guy who made the jump also built that section of the tower he jumped from but that doesn't really reassure me that anyone could get in like that. The towers not even open to the public atm and was just rebuilt and it's already having major security issues.

Yes indeed! But I have to say, those Russian kids that climbed that humongous mega tower in Shaghai was an even crazier video. If you haven't watched it, go do so now. They didn't jump. But I don't think that was the point of that one. What you see on that video is absolutely jawdropping and will get your heart pumping like nothing else.

Nah, these guys made a whole bunch of work for a whole bunch of people. I don't know anyone that could give a cop more paperwork and get off lightly

It's a cool video, but I can't help getting a very bad taste in my mouth, base jumping from a location where so many people jumped to their deaths.
