Id have thought a comic medium would lend itself more towards fantasy, rather than pop stars, I like the photography work, and your usual attention to detail with sets and characters.
If you look at the action sequences and tone of an actual comic and try and represent that more, I just think your subject matter wouldnt appeal to the masses on these boards m8
I mean if your honest how many comics do you own about a rock band ? soap opera ? or "real world" things ?
I can see the enthusiam in the work youve put in, I just feel youd have been better served trying to create outlandish characters and doing outlandish things with them.
Theres a customiser on here that posted some superb kit bashes of dark and unusual characters, Guy in a metal mask, a guy in gas mask etc, cant remember the Freak who did it although I remember saying they should go into costume and character design at the time they posted them (no doubt someone will post the freak in question)
Personally Id put more effort into weird characters and an unusual story line than anything else. As if I wanted to spend my time reading about "Pop Stars" id watch the X factor with my wife, and I only watch that cause I have too, sorry
imho
