This will be available at Wonder Fest 2020, sold as an unpainted kit.

I wonder about scale and how the "hairs" are going to work with the unpainted kit (wire?).

Good question! This was the first notice from him about the kit, there should be a few more photos / info coming shortly. I seem to remember the last one he did for Bloodborne being pretty good size (Ebrietas)
