New to collecting and finding true type bodies at reasonable prices is getting more difficult. Does anyone know why? Do they not mass production them, I can Damn near get a complete figure for the same price.....

The reason is that they've always been expensive even when they were mass produced and packaged individually. My guess why they are now even more pricey and no longer being made as individual sets is due to the clones out there for 15-20 dollars.

Don't even worry about why it's so expensive because there are tons of truetype knock-off bodies on eBay for 15-35 usd and they are pretty much identical.

I'm making a kitbash Tom Baker with the BC smiling head. I just got my figure in the mail that I'm using. It was ebay item number 271986638062 for $18.50 w/shipping and I'm happy with it. I picked up a stand for under $4 from China that I did receive in 14 days. It's my first kitbash.
