Boots with no pegs

so i got my Myers boots... But i have a question it does not have any peg section for the foot, so do i put the foot from my hot toys body in the boot or what?

What I do if the boot is vinyl , stuff milliput in the shoe and then put the foot in as I hate the way the hollow boot rattles around on the foot.
As I prefer real leather boots to be honest.

I have a similar problem. I was thinking maybe using a 1/6 woman's foot if they are smaller than a males. Think it would go in easier in the shoe
