The detail looks amazing! If they include all that detail in the costume on the production figure, it'll surpass all the Star Wars figure's costuming to date.

He looks awesome....I love my SW 12"ers but once Aragorn finally shows up and we start getting other LOtR figures I think these are going to make the SW line look weak...

Agreed King... This line looks better and better everytime I see it.

Though in the QTVR, Boromir seems like he filled his horn full of Ale and is stumbling around looking for Frodo....

Looks very good there. I was thinking of canceling the LOTR 12" figures, but, I am gonna wait...I am looking forward to seeing Aragorn in person. Then I will make my final decision.

But, Boromir does look very good.

Boromir looks great. I've been excited with the new Maul but I've got to say this Boromir looks better...I even like the little loose lock of hair.

He's gonna be hard to pose and show off everything -- horn, shield, cloak, etc...

These are amazing. They truly truly do represent the talents of Sideshow the best. The sculpts and the clothes and accessories are all PERFECT.

I really regretted not getting into this line, but then realized that if the 12'' look this good then just imagine how great a 1/4 PF Aragorn will look! So i'm ok with it. But happy for all you who will be getting these!

Just curious, as there been any official word on SS's plan? We have Legolas, Aragorn and Boromir now. Are they going straight through the fellowship or can we expect a bad guy next?

The vambraces are painted (kudos to SS this time around) but they look black, they should be brown, right!?

Yeah, see how they are in contrast with his gloves? To me anyway the 12" fig seems to be the same color ...

Yeah, you may be right. I don't want to be the complainer either, I think this looks great, but it was something I initially noticed.

They seem to match up ok. Can't get a good pic to match it with though.
