Bowen Punisher FS statue

Been wanting this thing for a while now, and stumbled into one at a comic shop today. Punisher here kicks ass, and I thought I would share some pics with you guys. Sorry about the camera/picture quality, I'm no Maulfan. lol

My first full size Bowen statue, and I have to say I really dig it. Hulk, Thor, and Wolvie may be next on my list.

Thanks man! Yeah, I've been patiently waiting on a decent deal on this guy for years myself. Seems like the last few I've watched on ebay ended at around $200.

I scored him for $155. I'm curious what the original retail was for this guy?

I don't know if anybody knows this, but I am somewhat of a Punisher fan myself. I know. I am every bit as shocked as the rest of you.

I still think the SideShow Punisher Premium Format is the the best representation of the character in statue form, but I gotta say this ranks a close second! I love it! Thanks for sharing!

So I was wondering, are most Bowen full size statues being rereleased as "mini" statues? I'm still new to Bowen, and would appreciate any info going into potential auctions.

No, most Bowen statues do not get the mini treatment. Very few nowadays get selected to be released as minis. The only one that comes to mind that is coming out is a Silver Surfer mini statue.

A person auctioning off a Bowen statue will often describe the statue as being a Full Size statue unless they are being shady and looking to rip you off. Hope this helps.

I'd look it up myself on the bowendesigns website, but I haven't found it to be very user friendly as far as looking up previous releases and initial price release.

While I don't know about Colossus(i think he was done in mini but not certain 100%), I know that FF4 was done in mini-version, they come up quite often on the bay, more regular than the full size anyway.

Yeah, most of the first X-Men characters in the early phases of Bowen were redone as minis, including Colossus. I think they even did a chrome mini but I am not sure about it 100%.

Thanks for those pics P1X4R, awesome stuff. Looks like were on the same page with this angle! Question on yours though, does he have a glossy face? Mine is really rough and dull. Maybe there were some variations in the paint apps during production or something?
