Don't get too excited they are already trying to get Randy to change her hair which I hope he doesn't. This piece looks outstanding!

I think it looks great so far too. I'm gonna have to cancel the Emma PF anyway probably and if I can't get the White Queen Comiquette down the line or it's too much, I'll probably get this one. Bowen really is on a roll.

It does look good but my issue is (assuming it is 12" tall) it won't fit in with anything else I have so it would look pretty stupid.

I don't like to be negative - but how can you tell how the statue will turn out from this drawing? It's a pretty simple drawing and doesn't look like it would translate well to 3D. And it's not really as voluptuous as Emma is usually depicted. I'm not a fan of the PF, but I can't imagine anyone looking at this drawing and assuming this statue will be better than the PF.

I had absolutely no worries once I heard Mark Newman would be sculpting her. Have you seen any his previous work? I have no doubt White Queen is in the most capable hands and it will not disappoint

...what's next? A picture of Randy Bowen sitting on the can thinking of what his next sculpture will be?

I haven't been on this board for 6 years, I'll tell you that.

Anyway, now that the obligatory Nash rant is over, the only Emma Frost statue I want to see would be based off of John Cassiday's work in Astonishing X-Men.

I will probably be one of the few who would take the Emma PF over anything Bowen puts out, mainly because of the scale.
