Yeah, this is pretty useless now that HT have confirmed that they have the rights to the license.
And even if they didn't, this looks pretty bad IMO. I bought their first one which is a pretty good figure with a crappy HS.

I owned the Zombie Killer Alice by BP and the accessories were so brittle I didn't even want to handle them. I would strongly advise anyone even thinking about this to wait for the the Hot Toys figures.
