Freaked Out
So here I am, 42 years old and just now exposing myself to what looks like a very involving and unique hobby. Resin model kits. I don't own one yet, but I'll be damned if some of these horror and sci-fi kits don't look so jaw droppingly fantastic. I like the idea that they are limited in quantity and that most are made by obvious fans of the genre.
So I pose to you all out there. As a COMPLETE newb to this hobby, will I possibly be getting in over my head trying to assemble and paint one of these bad boys? I want to start getting one or 2 real soon, but I feel like I may be a bit intimidated by the task once one arrives at my home and I open the box.
