Super Freak
Before you tell me how much this figure sucks, know it only cost me $12 to make.
The headsculpt isn't all that great but it cost me nothing as it came off a 21st Century Toys figure my dad had packed away in the basement. I picked it because it's features were hard (like Fiona's), but her eyes are way too bright and big, her jaw is too thin, and she has too much make-up on. If I was skilled at painting, I would have repainted it.
I did the hair myself and you can tell as it doesn't look all that great. For a first attempt, it didn't come out too badly. I blame the shoddy synthetic hair extension I bought for $2 for making it look like that as it doesn't lay right.
The body is a Fashionista Barbie. I think apart from the hands and feet, it's a great body to use for Fi. She is much shorter than Michael and very skinny. The body is articulated and cost $10 instead of $5 because of it, but it was worth it as it could be put into a number of sexy poses. Action poses? Not so much.
The outfit was actually one of several Barbie dresses my fiancee came over with that she thought could work. I rolled it up to shorten the length. I'd like to swap out the felt belt for a leather one. She also wears bracelets and a watch I feel are needed to complete her look.
Not sure what kind of gun that is, but it was the biggest thing I could find in my dad's packed away GI Joes and Ultimate Soldiers. I originally wanted a huge sniper rifle or shot gun, but hey, this works too. I love the way it looks on her tiny frame and dwarfs Michael's 9mm and Sam's 45. I had to superglue it into her hand.
The shoes came with my Fashionista Barbie. They need to be repainted brown to match her outfit.

Let me know what you think. Maybe enough of you Burn Notice fans would like a Fiona headsculpt made now that you see how easy/cheap it is to put one together? You gotta admit she'd look far better if there was a good headsculpt on her neck.
