Sorry for the late reply, I'm a bit busy at the moment.
It took me about an hour to built the scene, because all elements were already in my storeroom.
I try to handle the elements like a movieset. I use elements in different combination several times. For example the rocks-piece. It is a 100 cm x 50 cm (39,37 Inches x 19,69 Inches) styrofoam board with polyurethane foam rocks.
Here are some pictures of the combination with other scene elements.

These are amazing! I love Dio's and wish there were more of them on the board. great to see the figures come alive in the scene.
