Check this out, I ripped it from the other SF site:

Seems like an amazing piece, with four versions, special hand painted and normal painting as options, and removable or fixed dome. Too much money for me though at about $1200 and only 1/3 scale. It also seems at least three of the four versions are sold out already too, with very limited runs. The sculpt and sales originate in Japan.

Nice though.

That's the best Giger Alien sculpt I've seen! Wow.

There are basically 4 versions.

A1 - Fixed dome - custom paint 'directed' by the sculptor
A2 - Removable dome - custom paint 'directed' by the sculptor

B1 - Fixed dome - paint is mostly black to supposedly match the movie
B2 - Removable dome - paint is mostly black to supposedly match the movie

I'm guessing the removable dome version looks a little 'unfinished' when the dome is in place, because they are cheaper than the 'fixed' dome versions.

No problem. I was just catching up on my reading of pertinent posts over there at SF last night when I first came across this bust. While it is very nice looking indeed from the images we have seen, I would not be able to justify the price tag for 1/3, especially without arms. Although, it is done in a very classy style, and I do appreciate the work a ton.
